#31: The Girl Who Played with Fire by Steig Larsson
This is the follow up to The Girl with the Dragon Tattooand let me tell you, it is good. It’s the kind of book that makes me think “How in the world could someone even think of that!” The series has such a strong lead female in Lisbeth Salander and the rest of the characters are equally developed. In the story, it can be easy to get caught up in the drama, something completely books of suspense. It made me stay up late and audibly gasp in public. Many of the scenes hold a surprising amount of both reality and impossibility, something that is difficult to accomplish in this kind of writing. Bottom line: I can’t wait for the third and final installment.
